Project Management
BSG assigns a single source Project Manager to each project.  One call coordinates all your material needs and labor coordination.  The Project Manager will work with other trades to ensure a smooth coordination of installation of electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

Material Supply
BSG performs all material takeoffs internally.  We guarantee quantities are sufficient to complete your project with no risk to our customer.  This eliminates the worry of material cost overruns and theft.

Manufactured Products
BSG uses quality roof trusses, floor trusses and TROs designed and built by Trussway.  You’re assured of the finest materials installed by skilled craftsmen and supervised by professionals.

Framing Labor
From slab through completion of siding and cornice, BSG coordinates every aspect of the framing process.  BSG consists of a network of crews screened and qualified for various types of projects including multi-family apartments, student housing, military housing, townhomes, hotels and senior housing.

Funds Management
BSG manages all funds to insure that all parties receive payment in a timely manner.  You issue one check per draw and BSG takes care of all payments to labor and vendors.  We also coordinate all lien wavers.
